Following extensive brand strategy work, research suggested that while customers were familiar with The INKEY List’s products, they were not clear on what the brand stood for. Developing brand pillars that aimed to cut-through the noise and confusion in the skincare market, the campaign aimed to harness the spirit of transparency, ‘no b-s’, low-cost and high-value products.
INKEY Delivers - riffing on recognisable postage iconography - played to Gen Z by avoiding traditional media landscapes and instead optimised social channels and guerrilla tactics such as sidewalk stamps, wild posting and branded trucks in major US and UK cities.
